Flow is designed for acupuncturists who already have a functioning practice and want to improve the systems that support consistent patient care and clinic efficiency.
This membership focuses on refining patient flow, improving treatment scheduling, strengthening referral relationships, and building operational workflows that allow the clinic to run smoothly day to day.
Flow is ideal for practitioners who are managing their own clinic and want better organization, stronger patient retention, and more predictable growth.

Advanced Systems for Building and Expanding a Clinic
Clinical Architect is designed for practitioners who are ready to move beyond solo practice and begin building the deeper infrastructure of their clinic.
This level focuses on the systems required to support multiple treatment rooms, additional providers, expanded service offerings, and multidisciplinary clinic models.
Topics include staff systems, provider integration, front desk operations, and operational frameworks that allow a growing clinic to function consistently and sustainably.
Clinical Architect is best suited for practitioners who are hiring additional providers, expanding their clinic, or planning for larger-scale practice development.
$349/month or $3499/year

Due to the digital nature of our educational materials, including online courses, CEU programs, downloadable templates, and membership resources, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
By enrolling in any course or membership, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
Access may be temporarily suspended.
A grace period of 10 days may be provided to update payment information.
Continued non-payment may result in termination of membership access.
Monthly Membership Commitment
Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of six months. After the initial six-month period, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time at least 30 days before the next billing date.
Annual Membership Commitment
Annual memberships require an initial twelve-month commitment. After the initial year, the membership automatically transitions to a month-to-month plan that may be canceled at any time at least 30 days before the next billing date.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly members may cancel their membership any time after the initial six-month commitment.
Annual members may cancel their membership any time after their initial twelve-month commitment.
Cancellation must be completed 30 days prior to the next billing date.
Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
After the billing period ends:
Access to all membership materials will be revoked.
License to use materials expires (see Terms of Use).
Membership Refunds
Because members receive immediate access to proprietary materials, downloads, and educational content:
Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
Annual memberships are non-refundable.
Cancellation of monthly or annual membership must be requested at least 30 days prior to renewal.
TERMINATION FOR POLICY VIOLATION
We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if a member:
Shares login credentials
Redistributes proprietary materials
Violates intellectual property rights
Engages in misuse of the platform
Chargebacks
Members agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and potential recovery of fees.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to purchases made after the effective date.
